So here we are... Xpress Madness 2010 is here!!
We hope you have been practicing and are all prepared to showcase your amazing talents!
This week we have two rehearsals leading up to our performance on Saturday.
Please see the schedule below and make sure you are on time and ready to go.
Please make sure you have all of your shoes and are dressed appropriately.
We have a lot of work to do and we need everyone there and ready to work in order to make the best use of our time.
TICKETS
Remember each of you need to sell at least 10 tickets.
We made the price only $5.00 so that all your family and friends could come and support you.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or reserved at will call by turning in your money and the ticket holders name by Friday.
TUITION REMINDERS
September tuition is due now. Please make sure you bring it with you this Thursday to our first rehearsal of the week.
If it is not turned in then it will be considered late on Friday.
We still have a bunch of outstanding tuition from previous months.
Remember that these have all be incurring late fees which are also due now.
If you have past tuition that has not been paid you will be receiving a separate email outlining the details.
Remember we don't like asking you over and over again to pay your tuition.
This is a commitment you made at the beginning of the year and Ms. Nancy counts on it to run the program.
Without it teachers don't get paid, your dance space can't be paid for as well as your performance space.
Ms. Nancy goes out of her way for you guys and the little you pay for tuition does not cover everything but she still make sure you that you get everything you need. Please don't make it harder on her then it already is and please pay what you need to.
MAKEUP & HAIR, etc.
On Saturday everyone needs to come with their makeup and hair already done.
Girls: Hair needs to be done as usual- Side Low-Pony Tail Curled with a Swoop and Poof in the front. Makeup needs to be performance makeup with pink lipstick. Please make sure you have your leotard, clear strap, tights and all shoes.
Boys: Need to come with their hair neat, black socks & shoes.
Schedule for this week (ALL MANDATORY)
Thursday September 9th: 6-until Ms. Tiffany feels good about the numbers at the StarLight Studios
(Ms. Tiffany will only be able to clean and fix on Thursday however rehearsal will go no later then 10pm)
Friday September 10th: Tech Run Through 6-9pm Alva's Performance Gallery Palos Verdes
Saturday September 11th: 11:30am Call Time at Alva's 2pm performance Alva's Performance Gallery Palos Verdes
Alva's Performance Gallery is located in the Palos Verdes Mall. It is in the outside mall court across from the skating rink.
The address is 550 Deep Valley Drive, Palos Verdes Peninsula.
You guys have great material and you should all feel very proud of the work you've done this year.
