Q. What makes StarLight different than other Youth Theatre companies?
A. StarLight Youth Theatre Productions is a non-profit organization which offers a safe, nurturing,“family” environment for Youth to experience professional, and high quality productions and classes.
Not only do we produce professional full scaled musical productions “that speak for themselves” in venues such as the James Armstrong Theatre and The Hermosa Beach Playhouse. We also are one of the only Youth Theatre’s in the South Bay to offer classes, in addition to Productions, so that kids can really hone their talents and reach their goals successfully.
Our StarLight studio’s are conveniently located in Torrance, near El Camino College and have a warm creative feel that’s inviting to all who enter. We offer a variety of unique programs to fit your needs, weather you are taking classes just for fun or to pursue your dream of becoming tomorrow’s next “American Idol!”
We are proud to have truly passionate and inspirational teachers and directors who lovingly mentor youth in a positive way, while educating them in all areas of the Performing Arts. We also offer FREE consultations to help you choose the right classes and workshops for your child. Our maximum class size is 15 students to insure we provide quality and personal instruction to every child.
